Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Kohima in collaboration with District Agriculture Officer and District Administration, Tseminyu organized PM-Kisan programme on 19th November 2025 at Deputy Commissioner Conference Hall, Tseminyu where 21st Instalment of PM-Kisan was released by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India was live-streamed to the participants. The event includes farmer’s scientist interaction, farmer’s feedback and awareness on improved packages of Rabi crops, oilseeds, principle and practices of Natural Farming. Participants from KVK, Administration, Agriculture & allied departments, Farmers Producer Organizations, Women Club, Civil Societies and PM-Kisan beneficiaries were attended the programme. During the event, around Rs.18000 crore will be transferred directly into the bank account of around 9 crore eligible farmers through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) across the country.
